The UMANA TECHNIQUE (means Evolutionary Breakthrough). It was brought through by Kachina Ma’an at the end of 2023 and it officially commenced March 2024.

Kachina Ma’an is the founder of Pellowah which means radical shifts of consciousness and was brought through in 2003 when it was needed for the shifts at that time.
