We hope everyone has had a wonderful break over the Christmas and New Year period.

Clayton is back in the clinic as per usual this week - Louise is still away for another 10 days while enjoying a little family getaway on the river attempting to learn how to wakeboard!

We are thrilled to let you all know that Clayton has been very busy behind the scenes furthering his skills and knowledge and will now also be offering Dry Needling as part of his treatments.

Please reach out if you have any further questions about how dry needling can be used along side his hands on treatments to help you.

As with last year, Louise still has her books closed to new clients.

We look forward to continuing to help keep you in top physical condition to meet all your goals for 2026.

December is here which means we’ve hit that crazy period as Christmas fast approaches!

Louise is fully booked until mid January however Clayton is available for all your remedial massage needs on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Jump online & book to make sure you don’t miss out!

Most health funds reset at the end of the calendar year so if you’ve still got some extras cover remaining make the most of it while you can.

We have officially closed for 2024 and will be taking a couple of weeks off to rest and recharge.
Clayton returns Friday 3rd Jan, while Lou will be back on Tuesday 7th Jan.

We are Hiring!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated female Myotherapist or Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team at Restore & Balance.

We are a small team of enthusiastic and experienced practitioners with an established client base.

Previous working experience is preferred as autonomy is required.

Applicant must have a minimum qualification of Advanced Diploma Myotherapy or Diploma of Remedial Massage, Association Registered with provider numbers and public liability and professional indemnity insurance, ABN, up to date CPR & first aid.

We provide equipment, linen and consumables, online booking facilities, HICAPS, online and local advertising. We operate out of a fantastic location in Highton that is easily accessable for everyone with ample free parking for clients and staff.
