OMG!

How did I miss this?!

How long have I been listening and hearing so many of you talk about the challenges you’re going through as peri and menopausal women, and I’ve only just realised that NONE of you have experiencd a hot flush on the treatment table?!

So I’ve been spending some time figuring it out.

What is one thing you absolutely NEED but cannot afford right now?

Everyone check to see what others say. Maybe you have it and don't need it or have a connection to get it. Never know who we can help or how we can help each other.

Please don't ask for money, things like a Christmas tree or something you may need for your kids or need help with your yard, reasonable things that people may be able to help with.

(I saw this in another towns group post and thought it was a really nice way to watch people connect and help each other! 🤗

I know you’re feeling frustrated about how your body feels. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s s**t and more often than not. You get frustrated and angry that it’s always hurting. You’re always in pain. You’re always taking pain relief medication or seeking answers and relief.
I know how that feels to be trying many different modalities many different supplements and tablets and exercises to help you with your pain.
The most important thing about chronic pain is learning about what is going on in your body specifically. Sometimes off the rack programs just don’t work for you because your body is uniquely yours and that’s based on what you do for work what do you do for your exercise? What you do for stretching and your general day-to-day life stressors.
If you have been given a diagnosis of a chronic condition or you are feeling like you are in chronic pain all the time I’d love to have a chat and find out if there is a way that I can help and support you both physically and mentally to understand your condition and have a different connection to it .
Stop fighting your body and start listening to it and supporting it in a really unique way incorporating your whole body and mind.

I have a few options for chronic pain relief a regular treatment for an initial visit. I would highly suggest 90 minutes so we have some time to talk about your diagnosis and go through what you have tried in the past and how I can support you or alternatively I have a chronic pain management and Coaching treatment option That is longer but also has many takeaway strategies specifically for you.
