“I haven’t told anyone yet”.

5 little words that I hear so very often here.

People that share the most personal part of their lives with me.

You see, sometimes it’s s hard to talk openly & honestly about how you feel. People closest to you. People that you know will judge you. People that you know may feel hurt by what you want to say, & don’t feel that you can.

Sometimes you just want to lose your s**t about something. Sometimes you are so confused. Sometimes you want Switzerland to step in and look at things from an open minded perspective. Sometimes you don’t even know what you feel.

And I GET IT!!! And I’VE GOT YOU!!

Let me share some of my own personal times that throughout the years I’ve wanted to share with someone that will listen without judgement, without projecting, with sharing of good advice (even some very s**t advice too)

* How hard is parenting? I’m talking about ‘running away & don’t come back thoughts!!
* Why won’t my partner listen to me & realise that I’m not a slave?
* I don’t understand how my body is fu***ng hurting all the time.
* GAHHHH don’t get me started on medical gaslighting!!! GP, Gyno, Physio
* Is it ADHD or perimenopause and hormone dysfunction? Who knows?? Start making lists of symptoms & reminder lists.
* I’ve been cheated on… WTAF? Now what?
* The diagnosis I have just received is FU**ED & I don’t know how I feel about it
* My emotions are all over the place & I don’t want to put them onto anyone else
* Oh F**K. Is this what other people do? How do they cope?
* Why THE F**K is this happening to me?
* Sad, mad, raging, sobbing, confused. WTAF??
* Why do I have a headache? Stress? Brain tumour? Dehydration? (True story - all of the above!)
* Hey GYNO - my belly is completely numb between my belly button & my p***c bone. What’s going on?
* Why do I have fibromyalgia? WTF is it? (Googles fibromyalgia). NOOOOOOO!! Nope, I’m not going to suffer from that!!!
* I don’t know how to tell my family about it.

Yeah. That’s a lot. I will hold you in your moments.

I’ve been there. I’ve done lots of work & study to hold & help you.

I know you’re feeling frustrated about how your body feels. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s s**t and more often than not. You get frustrated and angry that it’s always hurting. You’re always in pain. You’re always taking pain relief medication or seeking answers and relief.
I know how that feels to be trying many different modalities many different supplements and tablets and exercises to help you with your pain.
The most important thing about chronic pain is learning about what is going on in your body specifically. Sometimes off the rack programs just don’t work for you because your body is uniquely yours and that’s based on what you do for work what do you do for your exercise? What you do for stretching and your general day-to-day life stressors.
If you have been given a diagnosis of a chronic condition or you are feeling like you are in chronic pain all the time I’d love to have a chat and find out if there is a way that I can help and support you both physically and mentally to understand your condition and have a different connection to it .
Stop fighting your body and start listening to it and supporting it in a really unique way incorporating your whole body and mind.

I have a few options for chronic pain relief a regular treatment for an initial visit. I would highly suggest 90 minutes so we have some time to talk about your diagnosis and go through what you have tried in the past and how I can support you or alternatively I have a chronic pain management and Coaching treatment option That is longer but also has many takeaway strategies specifically for you.
