Hey hey! Just wanted to share the good news that FINALLY after so much push, (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) is now known as PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome)

Our Doctors were EAGERLY waiting to hear the new name and even though management of PMOS has not fundamentally changed we are all THRILLED that the name has changed to much better reflect the condition.

With so much uncertainties and pressure of rising costs, we are ALL affected.

If you need help and someone to talk to the Medicare Mental Health Phone Service is FREE and connects you to mental health programs and services that best suit your needs to keep mentally healthy.

Phone 1800 595 212 between 8.30am and 5pm weekdays (except public holidays) to access local mental health services and supports.

A technique we love is "grounding" to help calm some of our feelings.

It can be as simple as walking barefoot on grass and feeling the sensation. Lifeline has helpful information on this technique - link in comments.

If you need medical. help, don't hesitate to see your regular GP.

Some of our amazing Doctors have been training as animal DoGtors! They have completed a Post Graduate certificate in Animal Medicine. After all, humans are also a kind of animal so it wasn't too difficult to upskill!

Soon you will be able to bring yourself and your furry family members (dads included) to the clinic to see us!!
