🟡 World Su***de Prevention Day 🟡
Today we stand together to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and advocate for stronger mental health support systems around the world.

🌍 Su***de is a leading cause of death among young people and impacts individuals, families, and communities globally.
💬 This year's theme is “Creating Hope Through Action” – a reminder that even small acts of kindness, connection, and support can make a big difference.

👉 What you can do today:

Start a conversation with someone you’re worried about

Share mental health resources

Remind others that help is available—and recovery is possible

Happy International Day of Charity 🩵

This International Day of Charity, Brave Heart Wellbeing is proud to support two incredible organisations making a real impact in our community: Dandelions WA and 100 Women. 💛

Dandelions WA provides essential items like clothing, toiletries, and school supplies to vulnerable children and families across Western Australia, ensuring no one is left behind in times of need.

100 Women is a collective giving circle that empowers women through impactful grants, supporting projects locally and globally that advance education, safety, health, and economic freedom for women and girls.

Together, we believe in the power of community, compassion, and collective action

🧠 Ever feel like your brain has too many tabs open?
That scattered, overwhelmed feeling is often a sign of mental overload—when your mind is juggling thoughts, tasks, worries, and expectations all at once.

It’s common, especially during busy or stressful times. But here’s the thing:
📌 Your brain isn’t built to multitask endlessly.
📌 Constant “mental tab-switching” can lead to anxiety, fatigue, and burnout.

Try this:

Pause and take a breath

Write down what’s swirling in your mind

Focus on one thing at a time

Give yourself permission to rest

Your mind deserves clarity and care—just like you do.
