Thank you to everyone who attended our AGM yesterday and welcome to our new 2025/2026 committee! Thank you to guest speaker Sandra O'Neill, Business Wellness Coach who talked about recognising the early signs of stress, anxiety, and depression and practical tools to prevent burnout when you are a business owner.
