✏️🎒Back to school feels are officially here ✏️🎒

For some kids this might mean excitement, while others might be feeling a little worried or anxious. It's important to reassure your child that both of reactions are perfectly normal! 💗

It can be an adjustment when the freedom of sleep-ins, play dates and endless fun activities are replaced with a structured routine. Add in scheduling drop off/pick-ups, packing healthy yet exciting lunches and homework to the mix and it can easily become overwhelming for parents alike. 😣
