Weekly Offerings for the Rest of 2025
Whether you’re new to your practice or seeking to deepen your journey, our sessions are open to all:
🌿 Mindful Fitness - An uplifting class that blends movement, mindfulness, and meditation to support both body and mind. We begin with choreographed exercises set to music, energising the body, lifting the spirit, and quieting the mind.
🧘♀️ Restore & Regulate Yoga – Flow, stretch, and awaken your body with g movement that centres you in the present moment
🕯Held Tuesday- Friday, our silent meditation space is open to all who wish to sit in stillness, breathe deeply, and attune to the quiet within. Come for a few moments or the full session - the space is yours to rest and reset.
🌿 Wellness Wednesdays – Our midweek community gathering, blending conversation, reflection, meditation, breath, sound and gentle practice to reconnect with yourself and others.
🧘Conversations & Meditation - Meditations & Conversations offers a warm and welcoming space to explore mindfulness through both dialogue and stillness. Each session blends guided meditation with open-hearted conversation, inviting you to reflect on your own experiences while sharing in the collective wisdom of the group. Together we explore simple practices that calm the mind, deepen presence, and foster meaningful connection.

Every Sunday at 10:00 AM, we gather in community for an hour of spiritual connection and shared intention.

Afterwards, enjoy morning tea (11:00–11:30am) - a time to share warmth, laughter, and connection with others. All are welcome whether you are a regular visitor or joining us for the first time.
