The Emissaries of Divine Light (SA) invite you to a series of interactive workshops this September and October at Riverdell Spiritual Centre. Together we’ll explore spirituality in the 21st century, consciousness, and the history of Riverdell and the Emissary community.

Have you heard the call to bring wisdom, intelligence and calm
to this chaotic world?

The Emissaries of Divine Light (SA) warmly invite you to a series of interactive workshops to be held during September and October. We’ll be looking at:

• Spirituality in the 21st Century
• The history of the Emissary and Riverdell Community

✨ New Weekly Class Alert ✨

Meditations & Conversations offers a warm and welcoming space to explore mindfulness through both dialogue and stillness. Each session blends guided meditation with open-hearted conversation, inviting you to reflect on your own experiences while sharing in the collective wisdom of the group. Together we explore simple practices that calm the mind, deepen presence, and foster meaningful connection.

The conversational element creates an opportunity to engage with mindfulness in a practical and grounded way, discovering how these practices can support everyday life. Through listening, sharing, and guided reflection, you are invited to explore new perspectives and open pathways of personal growth.

This class welcomes everyone, whether you are completely new to meditation or already have an established practice. No bookings required.

🌿 When: Thursday evenings 6-7pm
🌿 Where: The a sanctuary at Riverdell
🌿 Cost: Optional $10 donation (or pay what you can)

Facilitator: Justin Martin is the General Manager at Riverdell Spiritual Centre and passionately celebrates the diversity of human expression. With formal accreditation as a meditation teacher and mindfulness mentor, Justin offers guidance that is rooted in both personal experience and professional training. His work integrates practical mindfulness with spiritual exploration, supporting others to live with greater clarity, presence and empowerment.

Breathwork & Yoga Nidra Series | Mondays at Riverdell 🌀

Christalee will be holding space for a nourishing 4-week journey to reconnect with the most powerful tool you already have - your breath.

Each week we will explore gentle breathwork, somatic awareness, and the deep rest of Yoga Nidra to support emotional balance, nervous system repair, and inner calm. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just seeking deeper connection, this is a space to come home to yourself.

💛 YOGA RETREAT DAY

Join Trish next Sunday September 14th from 7:30am for a beautiful retreat day at Riverdell Spiritual Centre in Hillier (Just a few minutes drive from Gawler).

The day will begin nice and early with a yoga flow session and breakfast followed by our yoga philosophy study of the 8 limbs of yoga, ayurvedic lunch and an introduction to Ayurveda.

If you are interested in learning more about the deeper dimensions of yoga and yourself then this is a great opportunity to dip your toes in and connect with like minded people.

Cost including all materials and catering is $120.
