Hello beautiful people 💗

I’ve got a BIG update to share! In the last week I interviewed and landed one of my dream jobs! The catch being that I will be moving to the Gold Coast for 6 months with Alvin… in exactly one week from today. 😅

I WILL be back in April for Goodness Me Festival as I will be hosting an Embodied Sound Journey in the bell tent. So I guess that’s even more reason to buy a ticket! 😉

I know there’s a few people that were after a reiki sound healing…. So up until I leave, I will be offering one hour healings for $50! Message me to book. 🫶🏼

P.s this Wellness Wednesday will be my last group soundbath before I leave!

Join Nicola and I next Wednesday for a heart-led midweek reset. With the world so full of chaos and busyness, it can be easy to feel disconnected from ourselves. In this session we invite you to soften, rest and reconnect. 💗

Moving through a Human Design transit of Gate 37; an energy connected to friendship, community, support, and the balance of giving and receiving…. The theme of the night will be guided by this. 💫

We’ll start with gentle heart-opening somatic practices to help you land, then move into group chanting. Followed by Nicola’s guided breathwork and a calming meditation. Finishing the session with a soothing sound bath infused with my vocals. 🎶

If you feel called to stay after, we’ll have an optional ice bath to finish! Please bring a bag of ice if you’re going to participate 🧊

We’re so excited to be bringing back Float into Bliss again this year! There’s something so peaceful about floating on the water, surrounded by gumtrees, under the open sky… 🌞

On the 6th & 7th of March, Ahanita and I will be guiding a floating sound journey in the swimming pool at Riverdell Spiritual Centre. You’ll be welcomed with an invitation to stand in the giant sound bowl, followed by a blue lotus elixir. A sacred herb that has been used for centuries for it’s calming effect and natural ability to gently open the senses. Afterwards we will assist you into the pool before resting into a grounding meditation, followed by the soundbath. ✨

I’ll be weaving crystal bowls and my voice, while Ahanita layers gongs, flute, sound bowls and a beautiful collection of other sacred instruments. It’s truly a one of a kind experience. 💫

This is SO vulnerable of me to share but I’m trying to teach myself to stay grounded in my vulnerability and allowing myself to be seen. 💗💫🫶🏼

I will never forget the impact that this heartbreak, my first love, had on my entire being. I thought that the pain was never going to end and I’d never be loved again. Not to mention, at the time of this breakup I was going through a transformative time in my life. I was facing my CPTSD head on and learning how to live my life with ADHD, as well as living in an environment that was not good for my nervous system. I had also been on a deep spiritual journey where I was learning more about myself, what I wanted, and who I wanted to be…. So as painful as this breakup was, I knew it was going to be a pivotal point in my life. No matter how deep of a hole I was in, I knew deep down that this NEEDED to happen for me to evolve. 💫

It’s not easy to have that mindset/view point, and it took me a very long time to shift into having this perspective. But as the year ends and I take the time to reflect, I’m feeling so much gratitude and love for where I’ve been. 🥹💗

This weekend left me feeling deeply grateful for the women who came together for my second Embodied Sound Journey. 💫

The reimagined version of this offering continued to have the same structure and intention as the first time: nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, and sound infused with my vocal alchemy. However, this time around I followed the path of weaving in the art of the sacred feminine. This felt so meaningful to me, especially because so much of what I hold and teach now has come from my own lived experience, knowledge, and healing. Being able to pass that wisdom on, and watch it land in real time, is so very special to me. 🥹

There was something truly powerful in guiding the women through root-to-crown chakra chanting, our voices rising together, one layer at a time. Followed by stillness in meditation, and a soundbath infused with my vocal alchemy, letting the sound move through the body in the way it needed. What a blessing it was to hear the stories of strength and courage they shared. In watching each woman show up for herself and honouring the intention to simply be. I am so proud of them. 💗

As I sit with it all, I’m also allowing myself a moment of pride. I don’t often pause to reflect on who I’ve been and where I am now, almost as if I’m afraid of what I might see if I look back. But today, I can. And when I do, I’m reminded that I never imagined this would be my life. There was once a time I couldn’t even begin to imagine a life of peace for myself. Now, slowly but surely, as I continue to show my nervous system a new way of life…. I’m finally starting to have that and I couldn’t be more grateful to past Ella for the courage it took to trust the path, even when it didn’t make sense. 🫶🏼
