We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Pharmacist to join our team and provide exceptional health care services to our customers. Our two stores are located in Melton South and Hillside, and we are looking for someone who can work between both locations. Hours are flexible and thus negotiable.

As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications, providing health advice and support to customers, and ensuring that all medications are stored and dispensed safely. You will also have the opportunity to use your clinical knowledge to provide comprehensive health care services such as vaccinations, blood pressure checks, and medication reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people. You should also be a qualified and registered Pharmacist with past experience in a community pharmacy setting.

Every year, we dedicate the month of October to increase awareness about breast cancer, a life-threatening disease that can be treated if doctors detect it early enough.

Are you aware of the symptoms of breast cancer?

Generally, symptoms of breast cancer in both men and women include:

• a breast lump or thickening;
• alteration in size, shape or appearance of a breast;
• dimpling, redness, pitting or other alteration in the skin;
• change in ni**le appearance or alteration in the skin surrounding the ni**le (ar**la); and/or
• abnormal ni**le discharge.

We take this month as an opportunity to advocate to you all to check for signs and symptoms of breast cancer - Go for regular check-ups and encourage your family and friends to do the same as early detection and preventative examinations are key to prevention.
