There are some important changes to our current program due to a combination of low group sizes and family commitments. From next week there will be no yoga class, no Tuesday Zumba and no Tuesday meditation sessions. I apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment. Wishing you all a very special holiday period!
There is no meditation meeting this Thursday (Christmas Day) but all other meditation meetings and Not-Church will run as normal this summer. Zumba is taking a break and will resume on 20 January. There is no yoga on Monday 29 December or Monday 5 January and stay tuned for a possible change of time and date for yoga in 2026. Whatever you are doing, may you find some peace within . . .
