Are your limiting beliefs holding you back?
Limiting beliefs are perceptions formed through your life experiences. They shape how you see the world, the choices you make, and even your sense of self. At their core, they’re your body’s way of keeping you safe, but sometimes what once protected you can start to hold you back.
Over time, these beliefs can inhibit your progress, amplify fears and self-doubt, and even lead to self-sabotage. Because they’re often stored deep within the subconscious, you may not even realise they’re there.
Some common examples include:
👉 I must work hard to be successful.
👉 If I’m useful, I will be included.
👉 It’s selfish to prioritise myself.
👉 Being vulnerable is a sign of weakness
👉 I need to be perfect to be loved.
