Intuitive natural healing with
* Kinesiology
* Mind Body Medicine
* Reiki

I welcome everyone into my clinic space, but I have a special interest in stress relief, women’s health, low energy or persistent fatigue, anxiety and digestive complaints. ~ Kinesiologist
~ Reiki level 2

Kinesiology is a natural and safe and healing modality which takes a holistic approach to your overall wellness by working with your mind, body and soul. By combining gentle muscle monitoring with acupressure and other techniques, Kinesiology can help identify factors which may be causing stress or dysfunction in your body, and then bring your body back into balance which allows your body’s own natural healing ability to take place. Kinesiology helps with many issues including digestive problems, stress and anxiety, fatigue, hormone imbalances, physical pain, immune function and so much more! Can you believe we’re at the end of 2025 already?!!

Before rushing into the new year, take a moment to pause and reflect on the year that’s been with this simple ‘Rose, Bud, Thorn’ exercise.

🌹 Rose - A highlight or success: What went well for you this year?
🌱 Bud - Something blossoming: A new idea, habit or opportunity to nurture.
🌵 Thorn - A challenge or obstacle: Something that didn’t quite go to plan.

Jotting down your ‘Rose, Bud and Thorn’ can bring a beautiful mix of gratitude, awareness and inspiration to carry with you into 2026.

Following a Kinesiology session, you may not always notice any significant or dramatic changes. Often the most meaningful shifts are subtle, unfolding quietly in the background, even if they’re not easy to measure or explain.

You may find yourself:

💙 Being more tolerant and patient.
💙 Less reactive and combative.
💙 Thinking more clearly and rationally.
💙 Communicating openly and with ease.
💙 Feeling optimistic and confident.

Or maybe you just feel ‘good’ and can’t quite pinpoint why. That’s the gentle magic of the mind–body connection integrating in its own time.

To book a Kinesiology session, head to the link in my bio.

Our bodies are designed to be well. They are clever little buggers, with each system constantly working in unison with the sole purpose of keeping us healthy. Our bodies naturally adapt to life’s curve balls and stressors, helping us recover, heal and restore homeostasis. 💫

But when we don’t look after ourselves, some systems can struggle to function at their best, and their ability to keep us healthy becomes diminished. This creates a ripple effect throughout the body, which can eventually lead to pain, illness or disease.

While there are always other factors at play, the way you live your life truly shapes your health and wellbeing.

What can you do today to support your body’s natural ability to be well?

Are your emotions out of balance?

When your emotions are in balance, you feel grounded, clear and connected. But when they’re out of balance, you might find yourself reacting more strongly or feeling less resilient.

In Kinesiology, we draw on the wisdom of the five element theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which links emotions to specific organ systems and energetic patterns.

👉 Wood – Anger can build, showing up as frustration, resentment or rage.
👉 Fire – When joy turns to hurt, you may feel defensive, closed or disconnected.
👉 Earth – Worry can leave you feeling heavy, drained or overly responsible for others.
👉 Metal – Unprocessed grief can bring emptiness, detachment or difficulty letting go.
👉 Water – Fear may expand into anxiety, insecurity or a loss of trust.

Each emotion holds wisdom, but when they’re amplified or suppressed, they can take a toll on your overall wellbeing.

Is it time to release the emotional patterns that are holding you back?

The more I learn about mind-body medicine and kinesiology, the more I see how Brene Brown’s work beautifully mirrors what we explore in a kinesiology session.

Brene teaches that true worth comes from within, not from external validation or constantly proving yourself through perfectionism, overdoing it or people-pleasing.

Your value isn’t something you earn; it’s something you already have.

Kinesiology helps you reconnect with that inner truth and sense of worthiness, empowering you to live with greater authenticity, self-compassion and wellbeing.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridians are like an internal web of energy pathways that flow throughout the body. They carry our vital life force, known as Qi, and help maintain balance between body, mind and emotions. 💫

There are 12 main meridians connected to the body’s organs, along with 8 extraordinary vessels. Together, they form a continuous flow of energy, with each meridian having its own unique influence on our emotional, physical and energetic state.

When this flow becomes stagnant or out of balance, you might notice it in your body or mood. For example, an imbalanced Liver meridian can show up as irritability, frustration or physical tension.

In Kinesiology, each meridian has associated muscles and acupressure points that help us assess how its energy is flowing. By testing these, along with observing your physical and emotional patterns, we can identify which meridian may be out of balance and what your body needs to restore harmony.

If you’re curious about how Kinesiology draws on this wisdom to support your energy and wellbeing, please reach out.

Are you treating the symptoms of stress or the cause? 🤔

When you’re feeling stressed or under pressure, it’s natural to reach for quick fixes that help you get through the day.

🥱 You’re tired, so you grab another coffee.
🥴 The afternoon slump hits, so you reach for something sweet.
🤕 Headache hits again, so you reach for pain relief.
😵‍ You can’t switch off at night, so you take a sleeping pill.
😠 Feeling moody or irritable, so you pour a glass of wine.
🥵 The hot flushes roll in, so you crank up the fan.

These choices might offer temporary relief, but over time the underlying stress continues to build beneath the surface leaving you feeling drained, overwhelmed and out of balance.

What if all these symptoms shared a common thread?

Kinesiology looks beyond the surface to uncover and release the stress patterns affecting your body and mind.

If you’ve been in ‘quick fix’ mode for too long, perhaps it’s time to slow down and give your body the deeper support it’s been asking for. When you’re ready to find the calm beneath the chaos, please reach out or visit the link in bio.

No matter how positive you are, there will always be moments when you’re pulled into negativity whether through conversations, self-talk or focusing on what’s going wrong.

Over time, this drains your energy and disconnects you from your authentic self.

You can protect your vibe by:

💙 Letting go of conflict and what’s beyond your control.
💙 Releasing what no longer serves you.
💙 Focusing on gratitude and what’s going well.
💙 Surrounding yourself with people who uplift you.
💙 Speaking kindly and staying true to your values.
💙 Setting clear energetic and personal boundaries.

What’s one small thing you can do today to protect your vibe?

Are you ready for change … or just thinking about it? 🤔

No matter how much guidance or support you have, true transformation only happens when you’re genuinely ready, open and willing to create change.

Instead of feeling frustrated with your progress, it can help to recognise what stage of change you’re in right now:

👉 Pre-contemplation: You’re not ready to consider change yet (and may not even see an issue).
👉 Contemplation: You’re starting to notice something needs to shift, but still hesitant about taking action.
👉 Preparation: You’re feeling ready and starting to plan - this is the perfect time to seek support (hint, hint 😉)
👉 Action: You’re taking real steps and noticing positive shifts.
👉 Maintenance: You’ve built healthy habits and are now focused on sustaining them long-term.

Trying to force change before you’re truly ready often leads to resistance or failure. But when the timing feels right, I’d love to support you in moving from awareness into action through Kinesiology.

09/10/2025

At the start of every Kinesiology session, we create a focus together which becomes our guide for the balance. This might be easing a physical issue you’re experiencing or setting a goal that reflects how you’d like to feel.

When it comes to setting goals, rather than using broad statements like “I am pain free” or “I have more energy,” we go a little deeper. Whilst these intentions are valuable, they don’t always uncover the “why” or what might be standing in the way.

Instead, we explore solution-focused goals that connect to how you feel about yourself, and what’s motivating your actions. Unlike outcome goals, these are within your power to shift, because they’re about the relationship you have with yourself.

These might sound like:

💙 “I accept myself regardless of what I do.”
💙 “I value my innate self.”
💙 “I nourish and care for me.”
💙 “I love all aspects of myself”

When you shift the relationship with yourself, everything else follows. These kinds of intentions open the door for deeper healing, creating lasting changes in how you feel and live each day.
