Hiya, I’m Angie or Ange (she/her)
I’m in my 40’s, have young family and own Fuel Strength Nutrition and Fitness. I bring a holistic view to my work having a background in humanities, adult learning and workforce development. I spend years connecting with people, motivating and encouraging people to make positive changes in their lives. I come to the industry later in life than many as a second career. I wanted to develop Fuel Strength to challenge traditional views about health and fitness. We know that our physical health and nutrition can be impacted upon by so many different factors and these factors change significantly over our life time.... sometimes just over the course of the day! For many, going into mainstream gyms, making healthful changes and knowing fact from fiction is confusing, intimidating and stressful. I recognise this and wanted to be able to support everyday people, particularly women, in making healthful changes to improve their feelings about themselves, their physical health and overall wellbeing, for now and their future self. I am proud that I bring a hard working, compassionate and non judgemental approach to my work, based on the individual qualities, lifestyle and goals of my clients. If you are looking for a professional who will be on your support team to help you live your best life, let’s talk further. I specialise in:
