Save the date folks! It is our great pleasure and honour to welcome the wonderful Sue Evans to speak to us about one of her favourite topics - Herbs! 🌿

🌼 Herbalists and plants: developing a working relationship.

🍃As herbalists, what is our relationship with the plants that we work with and the ecosystems that support us all?

🌿What can we learn from the practitioners who have gone before us about developing a relationship with our plant allies, with these non-human life forms?

🏵What does recent botanical research tell us about the intelligence of plants, and how does this affect herbal practice?

✨️Join us for a stimulating discussion of ideas old and new.

So excited for this one! 😄

Happy herbal medicine week folks! Remember to consider where you're herbs are coming from and if they are sustainability harvested. Or if they are on the ever growing list of herbs at risk of extinction 😮😢

Do you know where you're herbs are coming from?
Do you know which popular herbs are at risk of extinction in the wild?

I'm a bit slow celebrating our last chapter meeting in Hobart. The fabulous Daniel Robson of led our re-discovery and discussion on kava kava. We also had a kava "tasting" so we could feel the effects. Quite sublime and very relaxing. A surprise on the night was how much evidence there was for kava in the urinary health space. Thank you Daniel and everyone for a lovely night.
