I was presenting my business and talking about my new workshop I have developed which explores the nature and workings of empathy.
We also talked about forest bathing. It was a lively conversation.
Forest bathing is a practice of spending time in nature to relax and connect with the environment. It involves using all five senses to observe the sights, sounds, and smells of the outdoors.
I will be offering forest bathing sessions this year.
