This months most requested treatment is:
DRY NEEDLING.

Have you ever wondered how a few fine needles can help release deep muscle tension?

Dry Needling targets myo fascial trigger points and muscles that limit movement and cause discomfort. Unlike acupuncture, dry needling is rooted in western anatomy and focuses on restoring function and reducing pain. It is especially helpful for chronic tension, sports recovery, and postural imbalances.

Clients often describe the sensation as a "deep release" or "reset" for the body.
Results??? Improved mobility, reduced pain, and a sense of lightness.

Are you curious to learn more or experience it for yourself? Let's chat. Your comfort and consent always come first.

A picture of my desk before I start my day.
This is where the magic happens! ✨ Before I even see you, a lot of time goes into planning your treatment.
I love it when you leave me little notes about what's going on—it gives me a head start on researching and mapping out the best plan for you. I like to think of myself as a chameleon in the massage world; I have so many tools and techniques to help you feel your best. One size doesn't fit all, so I'm always ready to adapt and create a treatment that's just right for you.

Last week, I stepped out of my clinic space and into the world of hospice volunteers. It was an incredible experience. We spent the morning exploring the art of compassionate touch (palliative care massage), and one simply profound theme emerged : the feeling of truly being held. If that was the only takeaway from our time together, my job is done. This is a powerful reminder that some of the simplest gestures are the most most meaningful.

A colleague recently reminded me just how much of a privilege our work is. Over the past few months, I have had the honour of looking after some of her clients while she was on leave, and it was a humbling experience. It's moments like these that being part of someone's journey is the greatest reward. Thank you to all of the wonderful people who trust me - your stories and energy don't make this feel like a job, but a joy.

Every day this week, I have been challenging myself to get outside for a 30-minute walk, no step count just walking.
I have been living a very fast-paced life for the past few years and even more so the past few months with the kids' extracurricular activities picking up.
I have found myself in a new job of being an Uber driver for my kids as well as keeping up with my clinic life.
I am a person with a very busy brain. When life gets busier, so does my brain.
Doing these walks has given my nervous system and my brain the space it needs to reset and slow down so I can continue to be present in my work and my life.
Nervous System health is hard to conquer, but doing it one 30 min walk at a time.

This week marks one year of being out here in the wilderness on my own, I celebrated with flowers, slice, and tea.
What an epic year of learning, not only in how to grow a business but also in expanding my knowledge and skill set.
I am eternally grateful to the wonderful humans who helped guide and support me through this transitional period of my life, who had the patience to teach this computer illiterate person how to get a bit more expert with technology (can type with 4 fingers now, not just 2)
It has been a process, and I am proud of me for doing it.

I am looking forward to many more years of learning, expanding, and being here with you guys.

As always, I am sending out my love and gratitude to you all.

Easter Monday.
I am in clinic today, I have just noticed that only 2 appointments remain over the next fortnight. Please feel free to reach out if you want to get an appointment but can't find a spot, I will always find time for you. That being said, with spaces filling up quickly, if you have your preferred time slot, get online and book a few appointments ahead to avoid disappointment.
I hope you are all rested and relaxed after a dreamy long weekend ✨️
