Cold water immersion, have you ever done them or do you try to do them often? I used to only do late night swimming in the sea on girls trips but after my son started nippers this year, swimming in the sea more often I realised how good I felt so today when I had the opportunity I seized the moment and it was fabulous ✨🌊

Sciatica & chronic back/neck pain has been part of my life since having children. As a preoccupied and tired mum I spent a lot of years of ignoring my bodies cries for help which lead to dysfunction and finally I couldn’t ignore it any longer. For me, walking and reformer Pilates coupled with chiro and intermittent massage is what keeps my body happy and able to keep chasing my crazy 3! ✨
