It's nearly spring!!!!
I love starting to see flowers popping up, bringing beauty and the hope of warmer days.
Unfortunately the pollen does affect some of us, but luckily there are plenty of natural supplements, herbs and homoeopathics to help. Get in touch if you need help before it really hits.

Homemade Ramen can be so good for you, especially if you infuse your homemade chicken broth with coriander and spring onion roots, ginger, chilli, garlic and star anise. And if you add good protein like sh*take mushrooms, chicken, egg and sesame seeds, it's all about the flavour which then needs less soy. Other extras I add are dried seaweed, bean sprouts, coriander and spring onions 😋
