Starting this week for just $100 per style you can commit to a regular practice for 8 weeks to see and feel the benefits. (13th April-4th June)

We have so much fun and would love to see you! Whether you’re new to our community or returning after a break- all are welcome 🙏

As we get ready for a new block of classes coming up (13th April) here are some important points to note.

As classes grow bringing your own equipment becomes more important as I have limited space to transport gear. In yin especially It’s really nice to have your own bolster to squish into and your favourite blanket to keep you warm. I will always bring props and you’re always welcome to them, however if you’ve started practicing regularly having your own set up allows for at home practice as well!
