New Jan 2026 Restorative Qigong term start dates and syllabus are as follows:
The Joint and Channel opening Qigong practice combines an opportunity to turn deeply inward and to experience profound relaxation. In Traditional Chinese medicine the practice is used to identify and clear blockages in the body and increase the flow of qi through the meridians. (60 mins)
The Tai Chi Qigong 18 Form (Shi Ba Shi) was developed by Professor Lin Housheng, a Chinese Qigong master and Tai Chi expert. He was also a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine and worked extensively with Qigong for health and healing. This Form is often used in hospitals, clinics, and community health programs in China for rehabilitation, stress reduction, and chronic disease management. (30 mins).

Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced students. Restorative Qigong is a gentle form of exercise that combines relaxation, posture, slow breathing, meditation and movement into one art. Benefits of Qigong include improved immune function, strengthened muscles, increased flexibility and calmer mind.
Wear loose clothing, flat shoes, and bring a warm layer and water bottle Please Do Not attend class if you have any Viral symptoms, including a cold.
