The most beautiful things are happening in the reformer studio here at Udara.
This place embraces space… space for movement, space to breathe, space to be yourself and move in ways that you love. We are not about punishing your body, or moving hard and fast at the expense of intention and steadiness.

We are really excited for two Friday afternoon/evening pop up classes THIS WEEK, with a brand new-to-Hobart teacher, Tristan Stroud aka who is excited to share his teaching with our community here down south.
Two back to back classes - a 4.15pm, 60 minute moderately heated class in our hot room, and a 5.30pm, 60 minute yin class to follow.
Do one, or both 🧘🏽♀️ for an incredible way to end the week. Tristan has been teaching every week since he qualified in 2023 - in his own studio, other studios and in the community.
If you are a member of Udara, these classes are free and will not be counted in your class credits. Tristan would love to meet you all and we’d love to see him in action!
Tristan is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and feel supported in their practice, and he balances teaching yoga with working in the Allied Health sector.

Beccy has been with the studio for many years, as a yoga teacher, Studio Manager, and now in a role supporting our amazing members, as well as on the mat leading classes for our members.
She's also a no-nonsense, empowering nutrition coach, Mama, wife, friend, colleague and all around excellent human.

Friday is a day of rest for our teachers and our community, but there are still plenty of opportunities for you to move with us over the longgggg Easter weekend. See you on the mat or reformer bed, lovely ones. 🙏

Our amazing Maggie is now teaching Monday mornings from 6am! Read on if you want to start your week feeling stronger, and longer, and be back in time to do school lunches or start that early work shift!
As of tomorrow, March 17th, we now have a 6am reformer Pilates class on Mondays.
Don't forget, we have 8 beds to 1 instructor.. small class sizes means incredible attention to detail and client support for you to move your body in ways that you love.
So we now have two 6 am slots - Monday AND Friday.
This is a perfect time for those who might work earlier, or need to get out and back before getting kids ready for school, or before you walk your dog and head off to work.
A new change to strengthen and lengthen, all before 7am.
Maggie will now be taking 6am, 7am, and 8am every Monday (as well as her Thursday afternoon classes) and Amy ends the traditional working week on a Friday with classes also starting at 6am.
Two chances each week to flow with us at 6am.

Formerly Fit Hot Yoga, Mana Movement Studio continues its 11 year history of providing heated and non-heated yoga to the people of Hobart, Tasmania. We offer classes seven days per week, with between 2-7 classes per day, weekends included and free child care Monday-Friday mornings between 9-11am. The original and still the best value for money studio in Hobart.
