Since a young age I had always enjoyed helping my grandparents with mental or physical activities. As the years progressing I was always interested in learning about the human body and how it works, strength and conditioning through the sports I played, injuries and how the body moves through the ages. After years of research, I decided to put together a series of routines which support the ageing population to live an active, healthy life. 18 years on an working commercially for the past 8 years, I have been able to achieve my goal of helping many participants in this sector. Welcome to the ACE Program (Aged Care Exercise for Seniors).
