Maria Brown Hearing Clinic is a family owned and operated hearing care provider based in Tasmania. With three offices across Tasmania, we are delivering on our aim to be your best provider of hearing care in Australia.
The idea of Maria Brown Hearing Clinic originated from Maria’s desire to deliver better hearing outcomes for her clients than was being delivered across the industry at the time. Partnering with her son Kevin, they set about shaking up what was at the time a stagnant industry full of bad stories, high prices, and poor hearing outcomes beginning with the opening of our first office in the Hobart CBD in 2004.
This started by making hearing tests, trials of hearing aids 100% free, and offering a money-back guarantee to clients, all three of which were not common in the hearing industry.
The success of these initiatives led to the creation of Tasmania’s first rewards club for hearing aids, saving you thousands of dollars in after sales care, visits and running costs. Today, almost every hearing clinic in Tasmania offers some version of all of these features.
Maria Brown Hearing Clinic not only offers you Tasmania’s lowest hearing aid prices, but with rewards clubs memberships, also the highest value hearing care available. An achievement we are all extremely proud to bring you.

In 2008 we opened our doors to our Bellerive and Launceston offices kicking off, what is still to this day, Tasmania’s first and only state-wide and fully private hearing care chain of clinics.
