YogaSpirit Tasmania Lee Cody Lee teaches VinyasaYoga classes at the Clifton Beach Surf Club and facilitates Health Retreats in the Southern Tasmanian area.

Yoga builds strength and support, creating ease of movement in your body. It encourages relaxation and deepens your understanding of your body, mind and spirit. Lee has been teaching since 1996 and loves sharing her passion for yoga with others. Lee teaches regular classes in the Clifton Beach area.She also conducts workshops and retreats in Southern Tasmania. All levels of experience catered for.

I'm thinking of continuing during term 2 and 3 with a Saturday morning class. Let me know if that could work for you, and if 8-9am or 7.30-9.00am would suit.
