It's term 4 and Yoga is on again at Clifton Beach Surf club.
Monday evenings this term. Starting next week, 20th October - 15th December.
Please note, no class on November 17th, as I'll be on school camp.
So looking forward to seeing you again, let me know if you can make it. 🧘‍♀️

Sorry to say I’ve succumbed to the lurgy and won’t be teaching our last class of the term tonight! Thanks to all those who’ve made it along for 2025, always a pleasure, a laugh and soul nourishing. See you in term 4, if not around our the community. 🧘

I’m back from another epic trip to the SW with Team Clean. A small crew and challenging weather made for an interesting time! Just over 50,000 pieces of rubbish collected from the most stunning of places. The micro plastic zone is heartbreaking but also a great opportunity for meditation in action. The hundreds of squats each day and the hauling of bags of debris made for some exhausting and exhilarating exercise in briney air. I feel completely recharged. Class is on this week. Wednesday 6:30pm. Hope to see you at Clifton Beach Surf Life Saving Club

Thanks for all the well wishes! Surgery went well, and it’s time to start yoga up again! Come along Wednesday 5th February. If you haven’t already booked your spot please do. There is no class Wednesday 19th of February as I’ll be working with Team Clean in the glorious SW of Tassie.

Oh dear, not starting tomorrow now!Unfortunately I need dental surgery tomorrow!!! So yoga will start the following week. 😬😊

Yoga classes start up again next week! It's a 9 week term, with no class on Feb 19th as I'll be with Team Clean on the south west coast of Tassie removing marine debris.
Let me know if you're coming along, regular students know how enthusiastic everyone is for the first wee while! Book to secure your spot. I look forward to moving with you all again.
