Ever felt different to everyone else? 🧐

Well maybe you’re part of the ~5-15% of people who have got one less wrist flexor muscle🤚

The absence of a palmaris longus is an uncommon variation in our wrists that can be tested by squeezing your thumb and pinky finger together while flexing your wrist (see image 2).

Big tendon in the middle of the wrist= palmaris longus
No tendon in the middle of the wrist= something else to tell your friends that makes you unique 😽

⚽️ Australian Blind Football: Asian Championship ⚽️

What an amazing group of footballers Chris had the pleasure of supporting last week as our women took on Asia’s best.

The girls put in an amazing effort throughout the tournament and were unlucky not to reach the final but definitely made Australia proud 🇦🇺
