Yes, you read it right! 👈

G is living with a rare condition which makes every day things a lot harder.

With the guidance of Luke and some very creative functional exercises, G has been able to gain much more independence and reach his goals.

For the first time, just before his 56th birthday he was finally able to carry a plate in one hand and a cup in the other 👏

Today we celebrated 5 years of Sarah as part of the Family Physiotherapy team.

Sarah has been an integral part of our team and the community since the beginning. We’re so very lucky to have her and we know what an amazing impact she has had on the lives of the many people she’s looked after in the past 5 years.
