Our Story

Welcome to Myddfai Herbal Clinic a clinic that focuses on Western Herbal Medicine practices and traditions. The name Myddfai originates from a Welsh village where the legendary Welsh Physicians of Myddfai lived, worked and derived their inspiration from alleviating the suffering and pain of the sick within their care.

As a Complementary Health Practitioner and Registered Nurse, I use both modern and traditional philosophies within my practice. My aim is to carry on the traditions of the Myddfai Physicians, building on their knowledge with today’s advancement of modern science, helping people on their journey to wellness, alleviating pain, and suffering using plant medicine and the practices of Western Herbal Medicine and skills of modern nursing.
