Can’t control your tears? 😭
This is definitely one of the biggest symptoms I found that I could not understand or control.
Some days I would cry for no reason and it just wouldn’t stop 😭
What I didn’t know that this was completely normal but no one talked about and no one explained this to me so I thought there was something wrong with me 😢
Fast forward until today and I now get it. Our hormones are changing and that explains where the tears 😭 were coming from, like these were extra special tears!

Why I switched to Decaf Coffee ☕️
Anxiety is one of the symptoms of perimenopause and switching to decaf has still allowed me to be social 👯
Our hormones are going a little bit crazy 🤪 and caffeine can exacerbated the symptoms and I can highly recommend switching.
I still have caffeine every now and then and that’s totally ok but I make sure I only have it on days when I don’t feel so wired 😳
It’s the small things you can do to reduce your symptoms and manage this midlife journey with ease.
