We are looking for an experienced female Support Worker with strong mental health experience to support a friendly, non-aggressive client located in Drummoyne. This is a long-term position offering 20+ hours per week, with the potential to transition into full-time work.

✨ About the Client

Friendly, calm and non-aggressive

Needs support with motivation, attending appointments, routines and emotional stability

Looking for someone reliable, patient and consistent

Wants a support worker they can trust and rely on long-term

✨ About the Role

Long-term, ongoing position

20+ hours per week with opportunity for full-time

Flexible hours

Mental health support, daily living assistance & community access

Using Google Docs & ShiftCare for notes and documentation

Requires reliability, compassion and strong attention to detail

💜 Who We’re Looking For

Motivated, career-driven support worker

Someone wanting to grow within a rapidly expanding organisation

Mental health experience ESSENTIAL

Female support worker required

Must have your own car

All relevant NDIS checks (NDIS Screening, WWCC, First Aid & CPR)

Strong communication skills and a passion for quality care
