✨ My Path to Healing & Qualifications ✨

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a love for holistic therapies. Over 20 years ago, that passion began, but it was after the birth of my youngest child, about 12 years ago, that it became deeply personal. I experienced a very dark period of depression and anxiety. I was told I’d likely need medication for the rest of my life, but something in me knew there had to be another way.

So I dove deeply into natural and holistic healing. Through this journey, I discovered tools that helped me find balance, strength, and peace. Today, my attacks are rare, and I’m grateful every day for the healing path I chose. 🌿

Here are the qualifications and experiences I bring into Eternal Wings Wellness Centre:
💆‍♀️ Diploma in Beauty Therapy — where I fell in love with massage and essential oils.

🌸 Reiki Level 2 practitioner.

🎶 Sound Healing Level 1.

🌀 Currently studying Trauma Healing and Hypnotherapy, to further support others on a deeper level.

🌿 Over two decades of exploring and living holistic wellness practices.

I believe we have been given everything in nature to heal both our bodies and our minds. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where others can rediscover their own strength and feel supported on their healing journey. 💜✨
