At Essence Physio, our qualified and experienced physiotherapists will perform a free initial consultation to discuss your concerns and assess your problem area. Treatment is then individualised based on the client's goals and can include a combination of soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, manipulative therapy, clinical pilates, posture correction, gait retraining, electrotherapy (including

ultrasound, interferential, heat, shockwave), taping, exercise therapy, and the prescription of personalised orthotics.
