They say don’t tell people your dreams .. but I say your dreams are meant to be shared otherwise your dream is living in a prison .. following your dreams is a big decision,
maybe your too scared of what others will say,
too scared you’ll loose people on the way,
too worried you’ll outgrow the friends who like feeling comfortable if you stay small
Or worried if you tell people they’ll be waiting to see you fall, maybe they’ll share with you their doubts and worries and all…
You can live the dream no matter how big it seems, no matter how out of reach

💭 Reflections with .in.every.day

I ponder in thought and come to realise that forgiveness is never a one-time act. For any situation, it asks us to forgive again and again through every new version of ourselves, both past and present. And the same must be offered to others, as they too evolve through their own becoming..

The depth you must reach to access deep-seated forgiveness is no small journey.
To take the pain once felt from those who hurt you, ridiculed you, wasted your time, betrayed your trust, took credit for your ideas or didnt care to celebrate your special moments.
and can alchemize those extreme emotions into gratitude…

Gratitude for being shown the polarity of love and pain.
For being taught strength through contrast.
For learning who you are in the face of what you are not.

This is the work. This is the healing. This is power.

Our newest little love has joined the family and he’s already stealing hearts. 🥹✨

Diego is playful, cuddly, and the perfect little assistant! We’ve been doing puppy yoga together, and he’s been sharing extra love during beauty appointments too. 💆🏻‍♀️🐶 So don’t be surprised if you’re greeted with a wagging tail and puppy kisses next time you visit.

We’re absolutely smitten. 😍

Searching for an answer
in the universe, so varse
An endless amount of paths
The divine intelligence
Making us all question our relevance
Everything acting out with synchronicity
A fragment of time just a distant memory
We are celestial beings
Where we’ve got all these emotions we’re feeling & life is as we know fleeting
Where to next? the road is endless
Are we the only ones to exist?
Or is there other life in the midst
Maybe we will learn to be selfless
Flying through the stars ✨
Making this world ours
The truth is we are all one

To the inner voice - we aren’t listening
Too busy to focus on health
Is the hustle really worth not caring for yourself
Indoors all day, all work and no play
Is that really self love?
Aren’t you tired of not feeling good enough?
Time to step outside breath in and out, clear the lungs
Let the flavours melt on your tongue
Enjoy this life like you’ve only got one
Relax, breathe give and receive that good energy
