Free Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Tests for Concession /DVA card holders are now available at the Pharmacy.
Card holders will be able to access up to 10 RATs over a three month period, with no more than 5 RATs in any given month.
The programme ends on the 30th of April 2022.

Mallee pharmacy currently has a vacancy for a pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary technician (part time position - 3 days a week).
Job Description
Pharmacy Assistant - Requires a Certificate II in community pharmacy. The pharmacy Assistant is responsible for:
- Receiving prescriptions and returning the dispensed medications according to the guidelines.
- Providing customer service with the knowledge of pharmacy and pharmamist only medicines as well as advising customers on safe and effective use of nonprescription medications
- Shop management including ordering and maintaining stock levels.

Dispensary technician - Requires certificate IV in community pharmacy.
In addition to performing the tasks of a pharmacy assistant, a dispensary technician is also required to assist in the dispensary for dispensing medication and packing Webster packs under the supervision of the pharmacist.

Training will be provided to the suitable applicant including obtaining appropriate certification from the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.
