I’d love to welcome you to our little friendly Yoga classes at Berowra Uniting Church Hall this year . I’m so grateful to have been teaching in Berowra since 2009 and love this community and I hope to bring that spirit of togetherness into our classes. My Yoga style is : to help you to reach your best ability , so it’s personal and appropriate for you! I hope you will come away from class feeling restored physically, mentally and spiritually.
Classes start for term 1 on:
Tuesday 3rdFeb @7.30pm
Wednesday 4th Feb via Zoom
Saturday 31st Jan 8.30am
Class prices start at $20 per class, reach out for other price packages or any questions .

Day 6 of my advent and a reminder that happiness is not a state of being but a gift that visits as and when.

And all you have to do to be worthy of that gift, is to see it, and feel it.
And let it go again safe in the knowing it will return.

Today, allow yourself the chance to feel that joy, that happiness when she visits. It is not grand, this gift. It glimmers in the simple things. Be vigilant.

I’m looking forward to commencing our 10 week Spring term at Berowra Uniting Church next Tuesday 23/7 @7.30 pm , Wednesday on Zoom and Saturday @8.30 am . We’re going to awaken the body and mind as we spring into the warmer weather !
