Q. What is a Nervoscope?

: A Nervoscope is a handheld instrument used by Gonstead chiropractors to scan along the spine.

🔍 It detects small temperature changes on the skin’s surface.

Take just a few minutes to reset your posture and feel better at work. Here’s how:

🔹 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝘁𝘀
Stand in front of your chair, lower down like you’re sitting, then rise back up. Repeat 10x.

🔹 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗰𝗵
Sit tall, lift one arm overhead, and gently lean to the opposite side. Hold for 10–15 seconds each side.

Reach one hand over your shoulder and the other behind your back to touch or get close. Switch sides.
