📣 IT issues affecting hold times for incoming calls 📣
Lister House Clinic would like to apologise for the difficulty patients are currently experiencing reaching us on the phone.
Due to HotDoc being switched off (during our current software upgrade) we are receiving hundreds of extra calls per day and our amazing staff are doing all they can to assist all our patients.
We hope to have HotDoc back up and running tomorrow or Friday and have our phone service back to how great it has been since our major phone upgrade just a few months back.
If you are struggling to reach us or on hold for an extended time please email reception@listerhouseclinic.com.au and request a call from us and we will do our best to call you as soon as we can.
