✨ Lately I’ve been really noticing how easy it is to slip into constantly being “on” ✨
Moving from one thing to the next,
holding a lot,
thinking about what’s next before we’ve even landed where we are.
And the body feels it.
The nervous system feels it.
Even when everything looks “fine” on the outside, there can be this underlying sense of tension, or just not quite being able to fully exhale.
I’ve been feeling the pull to slow things down again.
To create more space in my days to pause, even just for a few minutes.
Not to do more.
But to soften.
To come back into the body.
To feel a little more grounded.
