Someone recently posted about how grief can sneak up on you, even though you're smiling.

Unfortunately, we all suffer from grief at some stage of our lives, and we don't always allow ourselves time to heal properly.

It's usually because we have children or others who are relying upon us to help them deal with their grief and loss, so what happens when we finally get time to process our emotions and what if it's days, months or even years later do you still allow yourself time to process it all?

Welcoming the week ahead beginning Sunday 10 August: Love, joy, sincerity, pride, our sense of self and even our sovereignty may be among the many things brought into view during the recent Mercury retrograde in Leo.
Culminating with the Aquarius Full moon, the surge of emotional energy may just provide the impetus for overwhelm or conundrum for confusion, to spark the next chapter in our journey.
The full moon reflects an elegant light imbued with poise, honesty, trust, empowered future vision and glimpse pf both meaning and support.
It appears to offer us the space and scope to transmute this recently liberated emotional energy into new and more nourishing forms.
There is an alchemy at work here, where higher principles can turn chaos into courage.
A sense of self may now be emerging to lift us out of mere interaction towards a feeling of togetherness.
In this process however, a more authentic expression of who we are is displayed.
At first such exposure could trigger the need to protect ourselves or withdraw as the mask is seemingly removed.
Just remember that the past is in the past, and while our history cannot be changed – it is our current motivation and intention which truly determines who we are now.
