Each individual experiences grief and loss very differently. The important thing to know is that there are services available if you need to talk or need validation that what you are experiencing is ok!

I just received the most beautiful message from one of my clients, and obviously with their permission I just and to share it with you!!! And those who’ve know me, know that I am very emotional about this 🥹🥹🥹

“hey cass, i just wanted to say a big thankyou for helping me in one of the most darkest and hardest times i’ve had yet. you gave me a reason to get out of bed everyday and know there’s more to life then what i thought. thankyou for always making me feel comfortable in your space. i really appreciate it, you do great, and even outside of counselling, your caring and bubbly, and those are really great values to have.🥰, sending lots of love and hugs xx
