We have now opened a second practice in Unanderra.

The practice in Horsley will remain open with the doctors rotating between both practices.

Doctors’ availability 8:30am - 5pm
Dr Singh – Monday and Tuesday
Dr Gupta – Wednesday and Friday
Dr Treadwell – Thursday

On other days the doctors will be available at Horsley Community Doctors.

🌟 NOW OPEN SATURDAY MORNINGS 🌟

• We will now be open for Saturday morning appointments from Saturday 24th September 2022 from 8.30am to 12pm.

• Dr Treadwell will be available every Saturday

• Practice Nurse Kirsten will not be available Saturdays so no procedures or child immunisations available.

🌟 NEW PATIENTS 🌟
• ALL doctors are currently able to see new patients

🌟 CANCELLATION/FAILURE TO ATTEND POLICY 🌟
• The Practice now has a policy regarding missed and cancelled appointments. If you wish to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 2 hours before your appointment time otherwise a fee will be incurred of $30.

• Patient demand is high for appointments, especially during this time due to increased cases of COVID-19 and Influenza and an increase in Housing Estates in the area. By cancelling your appointment the practice is able to offer the booking to another patient in need.

🌟 DR GUPTA TELEHEALTH ONLY ON THURSDAY MORNINGS 🌟
• All other sessions (Monday all day, Tuesday all day, Wednesday all day, Thursday afternoon, Friday all day) can be either Face-to-Face or Telehealth.

🌟 DR TREADWELL TELEHEALTH ONLY ON WEDNESDAYS 🌟
• All other sessions (Monday all day, Tuesday all day, Thursday all day and Saturday mornings) can be either Face-to-Face or Telehealth.

• Practice will be CLOSED on Thursday 22 September 2022.

• Dr Gupta will have Telehealth appointments ONLY between 8.30am and 12.30pm.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR OUR PATIENTS:

NEW PATIENTS - We can now book new patients for Dr Gupta, Dr Singh and Dr Shah. Dr Treadwell is not taking new patients at this time. Dr Shah will be starting with us on 10th August 2022.

ONLINE BOOKINGS - Please be advised that we have changed over to HOTDOC for online bookings. You will be asked for your Credit Card details - we will ONLY charge the card after your appointment and if the Doctor requests fee. Once this has been billed your card details will not remain in the system. If you are under 16 or have a pension card please select that category of appointment.

TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS - Please only book Telehealth appointments if you have cold or flu symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19. Otherwise our Doctors would prefer to see you face-to-face as they will be able to provide better quality care.

COVID-19 VACCINES - Please book online through HotDoc for your BOOSTER vaccines - patients are eligible for 4th vaccine if there has been 4 months since your 3rd dose.

We are no longer using Health Engine for appointments.
