On this beautiful last day of 2024
I just wanted to give a big thanks to the wonderful Cabin Yoga students 🧘🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Thanks for the joy, kindness, plenty of giggles and love that you all bring to the cabin and my life..
Ohh and all the amazing gifts that have special place in and around the cabin.. 🥰

I am so blessed to do what I love to do, teaching yoga in my own home and to share this beautiful garden and its animals with you..

❤️Gratitude to Mr Ruse and many good friends for making the Yoga Cabin happen❤️

Let's cheers to a smooth year ahead... and lots of chair, planks and Dagwood dogs to come in 2025.. hehe and lots of legs up the wall too.. 🤩

Classes start back on Monday 13th January..

There are no changes to class times.

Ohh should have noted it’s my Cuz’s wedding day.

I am one of 4 family bridesmaid’s
and have just arrived in England for a fabulous time.. 🙏😜🙏

Wedding day begin’s with a good brekky and a fabulous view of an English countryside while having my make up done..
woo hoo let the family fun begin..

Gosh, I just came across this meditation video I did four years ago today..

It was full on Covid time for us all - a strange time.

For me personally it was the most challenging time I had ever experienced… with my beautiful man Derek fighting cancer and finishing off the cabin for me.. 🧡

I am so blessed to still be finding peace and ease in this beautiful place and sharing the magic of yoga with my students..

What a joy it was to gather together for Bel”s beautiful sound healing and cacao absorbing afternoon..

The sounds of the crystal bowls on the deck was devine, reaching into all chakras.. It was a special blend of sounds of nature, melody of the bowls and flowing yoga..

I feel blessed and graced to offer this space and the abundance of nature to those that are looking for ease and peace.
