My Yoga classes focus on improving range of movement; strengthening bones and muscles; balancing and breathing. Yoga provides a rare opportunity in our chaotic lives to leave the outside world behind and be at peace, with a focus on our physical, mental and spiritual selves. Yoga is a form of exercise that can be altered according to your needs and abilities, improving not only specific parts of the body, but also the health of the body as a whole. It helps you become more in touch with yourself and your body enabling you to accept who you are and the state you are in, creating a positive approach to life. I use Crystal chakra singing bowls are used in Sunday Session Sound Healing to balance the body's energy centers (chakras). These bowls are made from Hugh Purity Australian Quartz and are tuned to specific frequencies that correspond to the seven chakras.
Each chakra resonates with a specific musical note:

Red = Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Note C
Orange = Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Note D
Yellow = Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Note E
Green = Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Note F
