Face-palm moment… 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I realised my last post was all the way back in July and October is just around the corner! 😅

let’s be real, the “show up on socials” part has always been the hardest one for me🙈 But here’s the thing: I’ve realised it’s time for a reframe. Because I actually do want to share the magic that’s been happening behind the scenes.

Over the past 2–3 months, I’ve had the privilege of guiding 4 incredible women through a deeply transformational journey. Not just energy healing and Reiki, but also releasing limiting beliefs, shifting old inherited patterns, reconnecting with the inner child, exploring ancestral lineage and even uncovering past life and karmic connections.

The changes I’ve seen in them have been amazing and I can’t wait to start sharing more about their experiences with you here. I’ll also be keeping you updated on when this new program officially launches!!

So, for now, I’m choosing to see this space less as “marketing” and more like writing from my own diary sharing openly and from the heart.

A few months ago, a beautiful client came to me for her first healing session. She was curious about Reiki but unsure what to expect. She told me straight up she’s a chronic overthinker and struggles to switch off.

Like I do with all first-time clients, we started with a relaxing scalp massage using Indian Head Massage techniques—it’s usually a guaranteed way to help people unwind. But not this time! She lay there wide awake and a little bit fidgety.

There was a part of me that thought maybe she didn’t get what I hoped she would from that session… but she enjoyed the experience and wanted to come back.

Fast forward to session three and saying YES to joining my pilot mentoring group (more on that soon), and she fell asleep during the session! I couldn’t believe it!!

Today at her fourth session… she was out in 3 minutes flat. 💤

That’s a huge nervous system shift, from wired and restless to deep rest and safety in just a few sessions. She even told me her work colleague noticed she seemed more relaxed lately. 🥹

Inside the mentoring group, we’re doing the deeper work, releasing old patterns, shifting limiting beliefs and learning to feel safe being authentic selves.

This is the power of showing up for yourself.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been feeling a strong connection with Aboriginal spirit energies, particularly around where I live. I’ve also had the privilege of connecting with some incredibly old souls during visits to Cat’s house for their house reset sessions, including a beautiful moment again today.

I hand some shopping to do tonight so I popped into QBD for a quick look and felt drawn to check out the oracle cards. Two Aboriginal-themed decks caught my eye, both by the same author. One had a price tag of $35, but the one I wanted didn’t have a price tag. I umm’d and thought, “I don’t really need to spend $35 on another deck right now”. Then, clear as day, I heard a voice say, “Check the price.”

So I took it to the counter. The assistant scanned it and said brightly, “Oh, it’s on sale, it’s $13!” I couldn’t help but smile and quietly say thank you in my mind. It felt like such a clear sign that these cards were meant to come home with me!

After a little chat with the deck and a shuffle, the first card I pulled was… “Awaken.” ☺️🙏🏻

I’m really looking forward to working with the wisdom and guidance of these cards. It feels like the beginning of a powerful new chapter in my connection with Spirit and the ancient energies of this land.

I’m sprawled on the floor, fully in flow, with a view that brings me back to peace every time I glance up.

✨ New Service Alert! ✨ I’m so excited to now offer Energetic Home Resets

This has been bubbling away in the background with friends asking, “can you heal my house too?”

I regularly check the energy in my own house and some day’s I can just feel when the house needs some “dusting out” of energy!! So naturally I want to share this with you all because I know it definitely makes my home feel so much better!!

How it works:

1. It’s best if the family can clear out for about 2hrs or so!
2. I bring my tool kit of goodies, some incense, candles … your house smells divine afterwards!
3. I’ll have a chat with you to begin with, you can let me know what areas you feel need some attention.
4. I work my way through each room, and just like a healing session I check if there are any energies or spirits that need moving on (not all do!)
5. I talk to your house…. I know, a bit strange!
6. Finally, I let you know at the end what needed to be cleared and what some positive things you can do to support the new refreshed energy!

The process is designed to support homes in transition. Whether you’re selling, moving, or simply ready to refresh the energy in your space, this beautiful in-person session uses Reiki, sound, crystals, and intention to release stagnant energy and welcome in clarity, peace, and new beginnings.
