In 2013 H Club will start running courses and workshops discussing & learning some of the most cutting edge & enlightening information in the world today on how YOU can be the best YOU possible! My name is Ky and I am now ready to share my experiences and knowledge that has kept me strong & healthy for over 15yrs. It has been that long since i used a pharmacuetical product (for hayfever) and ever since i have refined my lifestyle habits to what MY system thrives on resulting in an appearance that most people think is 10 or more yrs younger than i really am.
