This season, instead of pushing through, try leaning into rest.

It’s easy to feel like you’ve lost momentum this time of year. The days shorten, energy dips, and the routines that once felt grounding can quietly fall away.

Broccoli Soup. Simple. Warming. Packed with greens and gut support. This soup is one of my go-tos when I feel like I’m drifting out of routine or need something deeply nourishing without overthinking it.

With ingredients like garlic, bone broth, broccoli, peas, and fresh herbs, this blend is rich in antioxidants, fibre, and nutrients that support both your gut and immune system.

Ingredients
- 2 chopped Onions🌿
- 3 Broccoli heads sliced)
- 6 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 1.5 litres organic chicken bone broth
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 bunch kale
- 300g peas (frozen is fine)
- 50g Grass fed Butter
- Olive oil, chilli flakes and paprika and salt and pepper to dress
�Method:
1. Sauteed the onion and garlic in butter until soft
2. Add chicken stock and bring to the boil
3. Put in sliced broccoli and cook until tender
4. Add peas and herbs
5. Cook for 2 more minutes
6. Blend and then season with salt and pepper
7. Serve with drizzle of olive oil and chilli flakes and garlic
