The Hurstville Entertainment Team will respond to comments and messages as quickly as practicable. The Hurstville Entertainment Team will monitor our social media accounts during business hours only. Social media should not be used for logging and responding to complaints and service requests. Comments and direct messages through social media are not considered formal correspondence. Comments unrelated to the post they are made on will be hidden. Direct messages on the platforms, unless related to an urgent matter or upcoming event, will be referred to the relevant Council department for a response. Service requests should be lodged using 'Log it-Fix it' on our website www.georgesriver.nsw.gov.au or by calling our customer services team on 9330 6400. PRIVACY
