When should you see a Physiotherapist?
As you don’t need a Dr’s referral, you can come and see a Physiotherapist at any time! (Just make sure to book first)

It’s recommended you come to see a Physiotherapist to:

✅ Prevent injuries
✅Work on posture
✅ Alleviate chronic pains & disease
✅ Stretching & flexibility
✅ Heal from surgical procedures (Hip & knee replacements to name a few)
✅ Management of a physical limitation

They are experts at healing injuries, but there is a lot more that they can offer.

Physio isn’t only about fixing injuries — it’s about preventing them. 🏃‍♂️✨

By identifying weak spots, improving posture, and strengthening muscles, physiotherapy reduces the chance of future injuries.

Think of it as your body’s long-term investment plan for health and movement.

Shockwave therapy doesn’t just relieve pain — it activates your body’s healing system. 💪⚡

It increases blood circulation and stimulates collagen production, which are vital for repairing damaged tendons, ligaments, and muscles.

That means faster recovery, better function, and longer-lasting results.

Statistics show that 1 in 3 people will experience these issues in their lifetime. The good news? Physiotherapy is one of the most effective first-line treatments.

Through hands-on therapy, tailored exercises, and education, physios help reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent recurrences.

♨️ It's time to try the Dancer’s Pose. A great exercise to test your balance whilst strengthening feet, ankles, legs, core, back and arms!

1 🔹 Stand with both feet together. Shift weight onto your left foot, lift your right leg off the floor, and bend the knee behind you. Hold either the ankle, inner arch, or the big toe with your right hand.
2 🔹 Lean forward, lifting your right leg as high as you can, extending your left arm in front of you to help you balance.
3 🔹 Stay like this for 5-10 breaths.
4 🔹 To come out of the pose, release the leg as you exhale. Repeat on the other side.

Tips:
*If your balance is not great you can try doing this pose near a wall
