Studio Group Sound Bath Experiences - Nowra, Milton, Culburra Beach. Sound Healing Journeys and Sound Therapy experiences for women and small groups. Live (in-person) and online options via Zoom etc. Based in the Shoalhaven, I come to the privacy of your home or holiday house if you are visiting this beautiful area for a break away vacation. Other options are

My YouTube Channel has uploads for you to watch and listen to. I am an Accredited Sound Healing and Sound Therapy Practitioner. I also have gained a BA hons in Music, a Diploma in Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapies, a Diploma in Crystal Healing Therapy and Life Coaching. I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Accredited Association (CTAA) and continue with regular studies and professional development. I have full insurance with AON, which enables me to provide my mobile services at your venue. Sound Healing and Sound Therapy is widely known to help provide benefits for recipients in various ways. Vibrations, frequencies and selected instruments can enhance relaxation and meditation, help to unwind during a sound immersion; soothing the mind and relaxing the physical body. Some people report feeling more energised after a session, more productive, or having a better night's sleep for eg. Others find some emotional healing and release from life's challenges and experiences, or feel they have more clarity and feel more rested in their mind and body.

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of rest and renewal. This special event begins with gentle restorative yoga postures guided by Nat, designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring the body into a state of ease.

You'll then be guided into a blissful yoga - a guided meditation for deep relaxation and inner stillness.

To complete the experience, be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, led by Jen from Healing Sounds Jervis Bay. The sound healing journey will help to clear energetic blockages, calm the mind, and support deep emotional release.
