Some reminders don’t need many words…
Healing isn’t a straight line.
It’s a slow unfolding through time, wisdom, and resilience.
We don’t go back to who we were before life happened
we grow into who we’re meant to be
Think about one thing you can put in place to help your growth and have a beautiful week ahead

These days, I wake up slower.
The house doesn’t rush anymore — no alarm clocks, no lunches to pack, no meetings waiting.
Just sunlight creeping across the curtains and the soft hum of the kettle boiling in the kitchen.
When I look in the mirror, I see wrinkles where laughter lived and silver where time painted its way through.
For years, I used to sigh at that reflection — wishing for smoother skin, darker hair, a little less tiredness around the eyes.
But not anymore.
Now I smile.
Because the woman staring back at me has lived.
She’s carried children, held her family through storms, cried quietly behind closed doors, and still woke up every morning determined to love the day anyway.
For a long time, I gave everything to others — my time, my energy, my care — and somewhere along the way, I forgot how to give a little of that love back to myself.
Now, in this calm season of life, I’ve started again.
I walk slower, but I notice more.
I buy flowers for my own table, not waiting for a reason.
I read the books I never had time to finish.
I make coffee the way I like it — strong and sweet.
And most of all, I’ve learned to thank this body, this heart, and this life for carrying me through.
Gratitude changes everything.
It turns loneliness into solitude.
It turns aging into art.
It turns “enough” into abundance.
I used to think happiness was something I had to chase.
Now I know — it was here all along, waiting for me to slow down and notice it.
So yes, this is the last chapter of my story.
But it’s not an ending.
It’s a soft, golden page filled with gratitude, laughter, and peace.
Because when you finally learn to love yourself — gently, honestly, and completely — every morning feels like a blessing you didn’t know you still had.
💛 Moral:
Self-love isn’t selfish — it’s the quiet celebration of all the roads you’ve walked and all the storms you’ve survived.
Gratitude is what makes the last chapter feel like home.

🌿 Ever noticed how quickly we rush to get to the next thing?
At a recent leadership course, someone told me she felt agitated by how long introductions were taking… and it made me realise how often we do the same in life.
We crave the next insight, the next conversation, the next achievement yet in the rush, we forget to be here now.
Maybe the moment you’re trying to move through is actually the one you most need to experience. 💭

Ever notice how ducks never fight the current? 🦆
They just flow — trusting the water to carry them where they’re meant to go.
Sometimes life asks the same of us…
To stop pushing.
To soften.
To trust the flow. 🌊

When the lights fade and the music quiets down… that’s when the real magic begins.

🌊 Ever noticed how the sea never resists?
It doesn’t resist.
It simply flows l, rising, falling, pausing, and moving forward again.
When we allow ourselves to be like the sea, life feels lighter.
It’s not about control… it’s about presence and flow.
🎥 In my latest video, I share how tuning into this rhythm can transform the way we move through life.
👉 Watch, breathe, and let yourself be reminded of the power of flow.

Heartfelt Connection ✨
Reconnecting with Mother Earth ✨
What a transformative weekend it was. Together, we returned to our true selves — deeply connected to each other, to nature, and to our hearts. 💖
The moments of vulnerability, the raw love, the laughter, and the profound shifts ,they were nothing short of magical.
Thank you to every beautiful soul who joined me for the “She Who Returns To Herself” retreat. The space we created together was powerful, and I feel incredibly honoured to have witnessed so much transformation.
This is just the beginning of the journey. If you missed this experience, don’t worry I’ll be hosting more!
Stay tuned for updates on upcoming offerings. 🙏

✨ Trauma can feel like the end — yet it can also be the beginning.
For much of my early childhood trauma shaped me. Abuse, anxiety, and depression in my teens and adulthood left me with fragments of who I thought I was.
I searched endlessly for freedom, but all I found were false starts and confusion.
It wasn’t until the birth of my daughter that my healing began. My first step was reconnecting with the body that had carried both my pain and my strength.
From that moment, I knew I could rebuild.
Now, I hold space for others who have endured trauma — through ta**ra embodiment, retreats, women’s circles, and movement practices — spaces where we can breathe ourselves whole again, reclaim our voices, and rediscover the quiet, powerful belonging that lives in our own bodies. 💫
Love this beautiful depiction of my life, created by my talented niece for her uni project.
She captured not just my story of trauma and healing, but also the deeper journey of rediscovering strength, purpose, and belonging within myself.
I’m so proud of her creativity and deeply touched to see my journey reflected back in such a powerful way. 🌸
💫 You are not broken. You are becoming.

Happy Weekend!
We often think inner peace comes from hours of meditation, yoga flows, or escaping to nature 🌿✨
But sometimes it’s much simpler. Sometimes it begins with just 4 words:
Not my pigging problem. 🐖
How often do we pick up things that were never ours to carry?
Other people’s drama, mess, or opinions… we scoop it up, hold it, and suddenly we’re the ones left stressed and drained.
Here’s the thing: letting go doesn’t make you heartless. It makes you wise. It’s not about ignoring others, it’s about knowing the difference between compassion and carrying what was never yours to hold.
So next time someone tries to drop their mud pile on your lap 🐷💨 … smile, breathe, and remember the pig. Let her roll in her own mess.
Protect your peace. Choose your calm. And don’t be afraid to say it out loud: not my….. problem
