Ever feel like you keep ending up in the same place… no matter how much you try to shift it?

A lot of what we carry isn’t just in the mind.
It’s stored in the body as tension, emotion, and energy that hasn’t had a chance to move.
So the same patterns repeat
not because you’re doing something wrong
but because nothing has shifted underneath it.
