Ever feel like you keep ending up in the same place… no matter how much you try to shift it?

You’re not stuck. Your body just hasn’t released it yet.

A lot of what we carry isn’t just in the mind.
It’s stored in the body as tension, emotion, and energy that hasn’t had a chance to move.

So the same patterns repeat
not because you’re doing something wrong
but because nothing has shifted underneath it.

This is the work I hold in my Kundalini Activation, Breath and Sound sessions
creating space for your body to release what it’s been carrying
and come back into balance.

And honestly, you deserve that time.

Time to pause.
To breathe.
To let go of holding it all together for a moment.

If you’re “doing fine” on the outside… but feel overwhelmed on the inside….I see you. 🤍

This weekend I’m holding a space for women to come together and finally exhale.

Not another place where you have to be “on”.
Not another room where you need to stay composed while your nervous system is running hot.

A space where you don’t have to pretend.
Where you can be real.
Where you can be held.

Because burnout isn’t only workload.
It’s the energy leakage from carrying the mental load, self-editing to stay palatable, over-functioning, holding boundaries without being labelled “too much”, and trying to stay authentic in spaces that don’t always feel safe.

This is exactly why I do what I do through The Conscious Woman - creating spaces of authentic connection where women can soften, release, and come home to themselves.

There are spaces like this.
Where your truth is welcome.
Where you don’t have to carry it all alone.

I’ve just arrived home from a Classical Ta**ra retreat, and I feel genuinely blessed.

To have been in the presence and teachings of Hareesh (Chris Wallis) was deeply grounding not in a “big flashy” way… but in the kind of quiet, steady remembering that lands in your body.

Classical Ta**ra (for me) isn’t about escaping life — it’s about meeting life.
With more truth.
More steadiness.
More capacity to hold what’s here.

I’m coming home with so much to integrate… and also so much to share.

Because what I received wasn’t just information it was embodiment.
A way of being.
A deeper relationship with awareness, with life, and with myself.

And I can already feel how this will ripple into the spaces I hold my circles, my practices, my workshops, and the way I support women to come home to themselves… authentic, unapologetic, and real.

If you’ve been feeling the call to deepen not by pushing harder, but by coming closer to your own inner intuition I’m holding you in my heart as I integrate all of this.

New week… and I just want to start with gratitude.

Not the polished kind but the real kind.

Grateful for waking up.
Grateful for the people in my world who feel like exhale.
Grateful for community, conversations, movement, music, and the little moments that remind me I’m alive.

If you’re stepping into this week already feeling “behind” or mentally loaded, here’s your permission slip to begin softly:

Monday reset (1 minute):
Unclench your jaw
Drop your shoulders
Take one slow breath in
Let the exhale be longer than the inhale
Ask: “What’s one kind thing I can do for myself today?”

That’s it. No big overhaul. Just a conscious start.

The old story says: ""Once I fix myself, then I will be worthy, visible and ready"".

The truth is: you are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress at the same time.

The Authentic Woman:
- honours the parts of her that are strong
- tends to the parts that are still healing
- lets herself be seen in the in-between

You do not have to hold it all together to belong here. You just have to be willing to be real.

Do you notice how you can hold your breath all day without realising?

Tight chest in a meeting.
Shallow breathing in traffic.
Jaw clenched while you scroll.

Your body keeps the score of all the "Ill deal with it later" moments.

Here is a simple 3 breath reset you can use anytime today:
1. Sit or stand. Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
2. Inhale through your nose for 4 counts and feel your belly rise.
3. Exhale through your mouth for 6 counts, like a slow sigh.

Repeat this 3 to 5 times and notice what changes - maybe your shoulders drop, your face softens, or your mind feels a little less loud.

You do not need a mat, incense or an hour long class. Just three intentional breaths and a choice to come back to yourself, even between emails, school pick ups and dinner.
