The old story says: ""Once I fix myself, then I will be worthy, visible and ready"".

The truth is: you are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress at the same time.

The Authentic Woman:
- honours the parts of her that are strong
- tends to the parts that are still healing
- lets herself be seen in the in-between

You do not have to hold it all together to belong here. You just have to be willing to be real.

Do you notice how you can hold your breath all day without realising?

Tight chest in a meeting.
Shallow breathing in traffic.
Jaw clenched while you scroll.

Your body keeps the score of all the "Ill deal with it later" moments.

Here is a simple 3 breath reset you can use anytime today:
1. Sit or stand. Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
2. Inhale through your nose for 4 counts and feel your belly rise.
3. Exhale through your mouth for 6 counts, like a slow sigh.

Repeat this 3 to 5 times and notice what changes - maybe your shoulders drop, your face softens, or your mind feels a little less loud.

You do not need a mat, incense or an hour long class. Just three intentional breaths and a choice to come back to yourself, even between emails, school pick ups and dinner.
