Exciting “blue moon “ second full moon in May and for all those Sagittarius’s out there this is in your sign so really enjoy this very special opportunity to release what is not working and make space for what is and can come into your future as blessings .
We also have an amazing Jupiter ,Venus conjunction in Cancer ♋️ which is clearly visible to the naked eye .
Don’t forget to look up everyone and take time to experience the amazing sights in the night skies over the next couple of nights .
Cheers Astroshell

HEADS UP: A rare blue micromoon is set to put on a show over the Blue Mountains this Sunday night, and you’ll be able to see it for the whole evening sky show.

When you’ll see it
This rare “blue micromoon” – a blue moon that’s also a faint micromoon at its farthest point from Earth – will be visible all Sunday night on 31 May, from dusk right through until the early hours, as long as the sky is dark and clear. The moon reaches peak fullness at around 6.45pm AEST for NSW (including the Blue Mountains), which is the prime time to look up if you want it at its brightest.

How long is the window?
Astronomers say you can step outside any time after sunset on Sunday and you’ll spot the full micromoon in the sky, with it appearing full for the entire evening and well into the night. If you’re an early riser or a night owl, the good news is that the moon will be up all night, so any time it’s dark and the clouds cooperate, you’ll get a clear view.

Best way to watch in the Mountains
In the Blue Mountains, aim to be at your chosen lookout by about 6.15pm so you can watch the micromoon climb and then hit peak fullness around 6.45pm. It will look full to the eye for hours, so you can take your time – arrive for moonrise, stay for that dusky blue sky, and keep watching as it tracks low across the southern sky through the night.

Great article on Chiron moving into Ta**us for a short period before retrograding back into Aries ♈️ worth the read to be ready .
Enjoy
Cheers Astroshell

When Chiron crosses the threshold for the first ingress into Ta**us on June 19th, 2026, it won't be staying long before retrograding back into Aries on August 3rd, but it will provide an initial, acute examination of the shared collective trauma.

The shift of Chiron from the cardinal fire sign of Aries into the fixed earth sign of Ta**us triggers a deep, structural realignment in the collective atmospheric pressure. We are moving from the battleground of identity directly into the soil of survival.

In mundane astrology, a first ingress acts as the overture.
This brief window serves as a diagnostic preview. It exposes the structural fault lines and cellular vulnerabilities that will define the major epoch of 2027 to 2033.

The first ingress often manifests as a sudden, visceral awareness of a crisis that was previously ignored. By briefly illuminating these Taurean themes, the collective is shown exactly what requires medicine, before Chiron retreats to finish the remaining debris and blocks of the Aries cycle.

After eight years of processing wounds around individual will, the right to exist, and ideological warfare (Aries), the collective focus will drop heavily into the physical and material realm.
Ta**us governs the overarching mechanics of the material world; currency, agriculture, land ownership, and supply chains.

Chiron's transit can expose deep vulnerabilities in these foundations. We can expect collective anxieties surrounding economic stability, real estate, and environmental resources to take center stage (which we've already started to see, particularly with the AI data centers, the pressure on our electrical infrastructure and enormous amounts of water needed to keep these centers cool).

The collective wound is the realization of systemic unsustainability. The medicine is the forced innovation of localized, practical, and grounded resource management.

The core archetype of Ta**us revolves around the inner relationship to the self and the cultivation of radical self-reliance. Chiron here triggers the collective karma of conditional worth. That deeply ingrained belief that value is tied to productivity, possessions, external accumulation... The evolutionary curriculum demands a shedding of these external dependencies and a return to intrinsic, unshakeable self-worth.

The relentless, combative pace of Chiron in Aries will have left the collective nervous system in a state of hypervigilant burnout. As Chiron enters Ta**us, the trauma moves from the energetic into the physical tissue. Healing methods will need to change sharply toward the instinctual patterns and primal evolutionary roots. Expect an increased focus on the throat, vocal cords, thyroid, and metabolic rhythms, as the collective is forced to heal the mind-body split and physically metabolize the stress of the last decade.

The retrograde back into Aries in late summer will be the final push to the lessons of self-assertion and courage before the long-term work of physical embodiment and material restructuring truly begins.

Through an lens, the shifts from observing external events to examining the underlying desires and karmic intentions of the collective soul. Chiron represents the acute, agonizing awareness of our separation from Source, but it also provides the exact medicinal key required for soul alignment.

When applied to the collective, Chiron’s ingress into Ta**us, ruled by the inward-directed expression of Venus, signals a profound evolutionary turning point regarding survival, self-worth, and the human relationship to the physical vessel.

Ta**us correlates to the core instinct for survival and the development of self-reliance. The collective karmic trauma is being triggered by distorted Venusian energy. The collective has deeply conditioned karma around attaching survival and self-worth, money, property, and physical accumulation. Chiron exposes the spiritual bankruptcy and fragility of relying on external structures for internal security. The collective wound is the trauma of scarcity and the fear of physical annihilation.

Ta**us is the archetype of the physical body and the Earth itself. The wound manifests as a severe dissociation from the natural world and our own organic intelligence. It is the karmic accumulation of treating the Earth (and our bodies) as resources to be extracted rather than sacred vessels to be inhabited. The collective soul is exhausted by the karmic loop of having to "prove" its right to exist through productivity or material success.

The evolutionary goal of any Ta**us transit is to cultivate radical self-reliance and internal security that cannot be threatened by external changes. Chiron forces this evolution through the friction of the wound.

The is being pushed to withdraw its projections of security from outside systems. The healing comes from realizing that true survival depends on knowing one's intrinsic value and developing one's own internal resources and natural talents.

The medicine requires a profound slowing down. The collective nervous system, fried by the hyper-individualistic and combative energy of the Aries cycle, must re-regulate through a direct, and hands on connection with the physical world. Healing will demand a return to natural rhythms, agriculture, and mindful therapies that will unite the mind and body.

When Chiron retrogrades back into in August, it is an evolutionary fail-safe. The collective cannot fully step into Taurean self-reliance until the final fragments of Aries karma are resolved. This retrograde acts as a review of collective willpower.

The universe is asking you, "Does the collective have the individual courage and independent identity (Aries) required to pioneer new, self-sustaining ways of living (Ta**us)?"

It is the final clearing of the fear of taking independent action before the long-term embodiment work begins.

Chiron’s transit through **us is the collective's cosmic intervention. It brings us face-to-face with the pain of these distortions not to punish us, but to show us that the wound itself is the map back to wholeness. By forcing us to confront where we feel impoverished, disconnected, or physically burnt out, obliges us to reclaim the pristine, undistorted medicine of . Radical self-containment, somatic reverence, and the remembering of our inherent, non-negotiable value.

NO IT IS NOT A PINK MOON EITHER
as that’s the name given by those in the northern hemisphere that’s in Spring…
READ ON to see different southern hemisphere name suggestions, ones that align with our flora and fauna here
as we welcome Autumn 🍂
this lunation draws you in to focusing on balance, partnership, and negotiation, prompting a rebalancing of connections and for relationships.

Many in the Southern Hemisphere have become habitual in calling our moons by the names that are given for those in the Northern Hemisphere, names that connect with their season & not ours.
So…. Here are a few suggestions regarding flora & fauna that’s connected with early April here in our divinely unique Southern Hemisphere

This coming Full Moon in Libra serves as a relationship "wake-up call"
or a "destiny reset” [ breathe….]
highlighting where we need to put in the work to bring new visions into form regarding how you connect with others.
Spiritually, this lunation carries themes of awakening, alignment, and forward movement. It invites reflection on what is ready to be discarded in your life and where you're being called to open up.

Libra rules relationships and working with others. Full Moons shed light on our emotions and also bring things to fruition in some way. Tides are higher at a Full Moon and at a New Moon than they usually are, mental health challenges can be easily triggered at the time of a Full Moon.
It can be a very sensitive and emotional time for many and it will be our relationships that come into the spotlight at this time usually a few weeks beforehand and with you still sensing these energies afterwards.

Libra is strongly associated with goddess energies focused on balance, justice, love, and beauty, specifically Themis (divine justice) and
Aphrodite/Venus (love and harmony).
As a "witchy" sign, Libra represents the Harmonizing Witch, using charm,
social grace, and aesthetic beauty to create peace and manipulate energy, often ruling the air element.

Libra moon rituals focus on restoring balance, fostering harmony in relationships, and practicing self-care. Key practices include creating
“scales of justice" altar displays, journaling to identify life imbalances, using tarot (especially the Justice card), and engaging in romantic or aesthetically pleasing rituals
like candlelit meditations with
crystals like rose quartz or Lepidolite.

Reflect on where your life feels out of balance. Write down what you need to release (e.g., codependency, grudges) and what you want to bring into balance

Light a light pink or white candles
to invoke peace, love,
and harmonious energy.

Focus on affirmations that promote harmony, self-worth, and emotional equilibrium to harness this Venus-ruled energy. Use these to align with the lunar magic for peace, love, and partnership.

Love this story of Black Moon Lilith so happy to find it again .
She is very prominent in our lives again today .
Cheers Astro Shell

Lilith’s story begins in one of the oldest layers of myth.

In early Jewish folklore and mystical texts, Lilith was said to be the first woman created alongside Adam, not from his rib, but from the same earth.

Equal in origin.

Equal in breath.

But equality did not last long.

When Adam demanded she lie beneath him in submission, Lilith refused. She argued that if they were created from the same dust, neither had authority over the other. According to the myth, this refusal was considered rebellion.

So Lilith did something radical.

She left.

She spoke the sacred name of God and walked out of Eden rather than remain somewhere that required her silence.

For centuries after, stories tried to turn her into a warning. A demon. A seductress. A creature of chaos that haunted the night.

But mythology often reveals more about fear than truth.

Lilith represents something ancient that many cultures struggled to contain: the woman who cannot be controlled by expectation.

She does not return to ask forgiveness.

She does not reshape herself to be accepted again.

She becomes sovereign in exile.

This is why Lilith resonates so strongly today.

Because her myth speaks to a moment many people experience in their lives the moment when belonging begins to cost too much of who you are.

When staying quiet becomes heavier than walking away.

Lilith teaches that power does not always look like victory.

Sometimes it looks like leaving.

Sometimes it looks like becoming misunderstood.

Sometimes it looks like standing alone until the world catches up with a truth you already know.

And the deeper lesson of Lilith is this:

The story that calls you dangerous
may simply be the story of you refusing to be diminished.

Because the most feared kind of freedom
is the kind that no longer asks permission to exist.
